The most recognizable form of juggling tricks is repeated by tossing objects into the air and catching them again. Props may be ball, clubs, Hoops, diabolo, specially made clubs as well as everyday objects such as pens, boxes or hats. Popular forms of juggling

  • Maces (with appearance similar to bowling but essentially different in design) are the most difficult to master, but they look amazing due the fact that they spin in the air.
  • Rims are rarely used, mainly because juggling tricks with them can be painful.

Multiplayer

You can do juggling tricks with one or more people by throwing the items in hand or in a group (passing). In multiplayer juggling tricks, jugglers usually stand face to face or back to back. For this type of juggling, clubs are best suited (clubsy). There are many forms of multiplayer juggling including:

  • Passing (Administration) – Two jugglers stand near each other, each throwing objects.
  • Stealing (theft) – one of the jugglers while juggling other objects steals one of them every time.
  • Takeouts (sometimes also referred to as theft) – individual items are “stolen” from one of the jugglers, which does not interrupt the trick. After a while things go back to the holder.
