how can i practice soccer by myself?
i dont have anything to practice except my soccer ball…i dont have a goal or rebounder… i want to get better at shooting my 1st touch and goalie skills but i cant think of any ways to do it by myself at home… i cant do anything but Juggle… i tried throwing the ball against trees the ground but nothing works… what can i do???
at my house there is like only an open yard…. no wall to thro the ball against nd the side of my house wont work because it wont bounce far enough…
If you have a wall where you can kick the ball against, at different heights and then try and get control of the ball each time it comes back to you.
Put a few items on the floor and practice controlling the ball while running around the items to practice your control of the ball.
